Secret Service agent Jack Deering is sent West to investigate a mysterious voice that booms from the sky and orders all nations to disarm under threat of stopping all electrical power across the globe. He not only investigates the voice, but protects the daughter of a scientist to whom the mysterious voice belongs from foreign agents who want to steal the valuable electrical secret she unknowingly possesses.

The first all-sound serial, which, apparently due to issues with early recording equipment which produced a poor quality soundtrack, received limited release in only a handful of states. Cast members recall the production as having been crippled by technical difficulties.
