If you have received a scratched or damaged disk and require a replacement, please fill out and send this form. Keep your DVD case; we'll send you a new disk to replace your old one.
Please note that replacement disk orders do not usually go out the day they are received. They are placed in the order queue with other new orders and processed accordingly on days we do shipping. As with regular orders sometimes we must reprint disks we do not have on hand so that we can send them to you.
