mind. In the first moments of the serial we discover that
the unearthly cackling we hear comes from a shrunken head
in the possession of the Professor -- which appears to be
able to talk of its own volition -- and things just get
more interesting from there as the party of explorers
encounters remnants of the lost civilization of Atlantis, a
dangerous Leopard Cult and Witch Woman, and even a lost
Roman city. If you've never checked out an audio serial
before, we highly recommended trying this one out. And
listening really late at night when no one else but you is
still awake. And you too, then, can travel to the deep,
dark, unseen, mysterious African jungle where the drums
beat beneath the moon.
